The rooms turned out to be spotlessly clean and en suite with a sofa, lovely big bathroom, for instance. Amiable staff, offered us wake up service and ironing. The location was quiet and ideal for traveling around Sproughton, just off the outskirts of town in the countryside, many local attractions, and Ipswich;))

The staff are friendly and the location is perfect, set in a quiet area near the countryside and local attractions. The design of the rooms is lovely and the vegetarian breakfast offers a variety of food options. It's also just a 15-minute drive from the Church of St. Peter. it was a fairly nice stay with nothing to complain about.

This place was located right in the heart of the city, yet it was surprisingly peaceful. It was also just a short walk away from the outskirts of town, various local attractions, and the Golf Club.

Our room was spotless and spacious, boasting a lovely bathroom with all the necessities. the breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented, with many options to choose from. the tea and coffee facilities in the room made our stay even more comfortable. the local restaurant recommendations provided in the room were a thoughtful touch, and the complimentary Wi-Fi access was a big plus.
